Laibao has a history of manufacturing RUVAC series Roots pumps for decades, and this dry compression technology has been proven to be capable of various vacuum applications.
After being used in series with an oil or dry front stage pump, the Roots pump can significantly increase the pumping speed of the system and increase the vacuum degree that the system can generate, thereby expanding the working range of the front stage pump. Leibao's Roots pumps come in three series: the WA series with air-cooled flange motors; WS series with canned air-cooled motors; The WH series adopts a fully sealed water-cooled motor. Each series contains different pumping speeds for different applications to use. These three series of Roots pumps can all be selected with or without a bypass valve, which is also known as a pressure balancing valve.
The RUVAC Roots pump can be used for installation in horizontal or vertical flow, thereby improving the flexibility of the system. The installation position can be changed during installation.
The bearings of the RUVAC Roots pump are extremely durable, and connected to it is the efficient lubrication system of the Roots pump, ensuring the quietness and stability of the Roots pump during operation.
The motor of WS and WSU series Roots pumps is sealed by a tank in vacuum and separated from the stator.
